磁悬浮无轴承泵（防爆版）是将磁悬浮技术与防爆设计深度融合的新一代特种泵产品。在保留标准版超洁净、无机械摩擦、无颗粒析出、流量精确平稳、免维护、零泄漏等核心优点外，针对易燃易爆的特殊环境进行了本质安全设计，从根本上消除了易燃易爆环境中的安全风险，确保了高纯溶液、有机溶剂等危险介质的超洁净、无泄漏输送。

Product Highlights

No leakage, high security

The pump head is made of corrosion-resistant ultra-pure PTFE or special stainless steel material. The dynamic seal-free design, together with explosion-proof motor, can ensure high reliability and safety and avoid leakage risks.

Frictionless, ultra-clean

The maglev motor technology is frictionless and requires no lubricant, thus avoiding granular impurities and contaminations.

Pulsation-free

Eliminate pulsation caused by fluid pumping in traditional volumetric pump through volume change by leveraging the principle of centrifugal pump.

Maintenance-free, long service life

No mechanical friction to avoid mechanical wear; no need of quick-wearing parts such as shaft seal and seal ring.

Accurate flow

Control speed in real time and precise suspension of impeller to convey fluid continuously, stably and accurately.

Small volume, low noise

Integrated maglev drive design to form a highly integrated structure; the maglev impeller can prevent vibration from transmission, thus ensuring noise-free and stable running effect.

Low shear force

Large levitation gap avoids slits and local turbulence, thus minimizing shear damage. It can convey sensitive medium and solid-liquid mixture such as sizing agent.
